Thank you for shopping with Akiradu clothing. We thrive everyday to give you a satisfactory shopping experience as a policy we do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at us on +94 770166208 on whatsapp with details of the product and the defect pictures. (return item should not be used and needs to be sent on the original packing)

we will examine the details and get back to you for the return procedure. Returns should be informed within 2 days after receiving the order. 

Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Once we receive your return and inspect the product, we will notify you. Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your payment to your bank account. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, style change. Please contact us through our contact details. Exchanges should be placed within 4 days after receiving the order. Item should not be used & needs to be in the original quality. We will place the replacement after checking on the product availability.

Please note there will be added shipping charges applicable for returns & exchanges unless there was an error from our end.
